In simulating hypoxia exposure at different altitudes, we recorded and measured sleep physiology in six subjects. The results are as follows: All subjects under the condition of acute hypoxia exposed to sleep disorders, mainly in the provisions of sleep at night during the awakening and awakening increased the number of deep sleep and fast eye movement decreased during sleep, respiratory rate and heart rate increase. With the prolongation of hypoxia exposure and repeated air diving, the physiological indicators of sleep have the trend of developing to the level of sea level control. Under the hypoxic exposure of more than 4500m, all subjects have periodic breathing phenomenon during sleep and affect the body’s hypoxia.
