利用热泵除湿,控制空气绝对湿度为21.5~23.8g/kg(干空气),研究了温度、风量和湿度对稻谷干燥速率、爆腰和发芽率的影响。结果表明:南方夏季高湿稻谷在14%~26%的干燥过程中含水率对干燥速率影响很小,于燥曲线近似直线,线性拟合得到了温度-风量-平均干燥速率参数选择区域图,具有实践生产指导意义;在优化区域选择参数时,当温度为50℃,应控制风量小于20m~3/kg·h,干燥所得稻谷的品质良好
The effects of temperature, air volume and humidity on the drying rate, burst waist and germination rate of rice were studied by dehumidification by heat pump and air absolute humidity control of 21.5 ~ 23.8g / kg (dry air).
