糖尿病是由遗传因素和环境因素共同作用引起的一种慢性高血糖状态,2型糖尿病占患者总数的95％以上,是目前人类继心血管疾病和癌症之后的第三大死亡因素。因此,医药界也越来越关注控制糖尿病进展的问题,针对2型糖尿病自然病程中不同时期的病理生理特点,采取不同的药物治疗以控制血糖。胰岛素促泌药为常用的口服降糖药,本文将近年来对胰岛素促泌剂的研究作一综述。
