喷雾锥角的大小直接影响到燃料在燃烧室空间的分布特性。为解决传统的人工测量喷雾锥角方法的精度较低、重复性较差等难题,拟采用基于计算机视觉与图像处理技术,运用MATLAB/GUI软件的强大图像处理功能设计出航空发动机燃油喷嘴雾化角度测量系统,实现可视化界面操作。结果表明:该系统处理速度较快、精度较高,可减轻人工判读的繁琐工作量,对于质量较差的图像,可通过人工判读,减弱系统读取误差对试验结果的影响。
Spray cone angle directly affects the size of the distribution of fuel in the combustion chamber space. In order to solve the problem of low precision and poor repeatability of the traditional artificial cone angle measurement method, it is proposed to use the powerful image processing function based on computer vision and image processing technology and MATLAB / GUI software to design aeroengine fuel nozzle atomization Angle measurement system to achieve visual interface operation. The results show that this system has the advantages of high processing speed and high accuracy, which can reduce the cumbersome workload of manual interpretation. For poor quality images, the effect of system read error on the test results can be weakened through manual interpretation.
