目的分析超声技术在各种妇科疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法收集于妇科科室准备接受诊断和治疗的妇科疾病患者236例,对其先后实施二维和三维彩超检查,对比两种检查方法诊断的灵敏度、特异度、约登指数和图像质量。结果三维超声的疾病检出率高于二维超声,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三维超声的灵敏度、特异度和约登指数均高于二维超声,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2种诊断方法的图像质量均较好,但三维检查图像质量明显优于二维检查(P<0.05)。结论三维彩超检查的灵敏度和特异度更高,且检查图像质量比较清晰,因此更适合用于各种妇科疾病患者的诊断。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of various gynecological diseases. Methods Totally 236 cases of gynecological diseases were collected in gynecology department for diagnosis and treatment. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examinations were performed successively. The sensitivity, specificity, Youden index and image quality of the two methods were compared. Results The detection rate of three-dimensional ultrasonography was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and Youden index of three-dimensional ultrasound were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The image quality of the two kinds of diagnostic methods are better, but the quality of three-dimensional examination image is obviously better than two-dimensional examination (P <0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination is higher, and the examination image quality is relatively clear, so it is more suitable for the diagnosis of various gynecological diseases.
