通过固相合成NbS2及Se掺杂NbS2,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能量色散谱分别分析了样品中的相成分、微观形貌和元素成分;结果表明掺杂Se后NbS2由纳米长板纳米线混合状转变为形貌新颖、分布均匀、表面光滑的纳米六方薄片。采用UMT-2摩擦磨损试验机测试其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能,结果表明掺杂后的NbS2纳米六方片的摩擦性能远远好于掺杂前的NbS2。
The solid phase synthesis of NbS2 and Se-doped NbS2, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy were analyzed in the sample phase composition, micro-morphology and elemental composition; results show that NbS2 doped nano- Line mixed into a new shape, uniform distribution, the surface of the nano-hexagonal thin sheet. The tribological properties of the NbS2 nanostructured hexagonal sheets were tested by UMT-2 friction and wear tester. The results showed that the tribological properties of the doped NbS2 nanostructured hexagonal sheets were much better than that of NbS2 before doping.
