工资方案设计的目的是为了更好地激活员工的热情和动力,从而实现企业的高效益经营目标,所以,劳动工资方案设计对于建筑企业发展的重要性毋庸置疑。为此,本文先是论述了建筑企业劳动工资方案设计需要遵循的基本原则,再次,针对建筑企业劳动工资方案的具体设计进行了定量、定性分析,最后,提出了几点注意事项,希望能对我国现阶段建筑企业劳动工资方案的合理设计提供些许借鉴和帮助。
The purpose of the wage plan is designed to better activate the enthusiasm and motivation of the staff so as to realize the high-efficiency business objective of the enterprise. Therefore, the design of the labor wage plan is of no great importance to the development of the construction enterprise. Therefore, this article first discusses the basic principles that the construction enterprises need to follow in the design of the labor wage scheme. Thirdly, this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the specific design of the labor wage scheme in the construction enterprises. Finally, it puts forward some considerations, At this stage, the rational design of labor wage scheme for construction enterprises provides some reference and help.
