我厂“190”型柴油机喷油咀偶件选用GCr15钢冷拔材,原始球化组织为2~4级(YB9—68),其热处理工艺为:845℃奥氏体化→淬入160℃硝盐→—60~—70℃冷处理30分钟以上→150℃回火两小时→130℃时效两次,每次4小时。热处理后要求硬度为 HRC62~65。这是目前我国油泵油咀行业中的典型热处理工艺。为了探索现行热处理工艺对喷油咀偶件使用条件的适应性,从而改进热处理工艺以改善喷咀质量,我们收集了一些已使用过的油咀进行了解剖分折。
Our factory “190” diesel injector nozzle selection of GCr15 steel cold drawn material, the original ball organization of 2 to 4 (YB9-68), the heat treatment process: 845 ℃ austenitizing → quenching 160 ℃ Nitrate → -60 ~ -70 ℃ cold treatment for more than 30 minutes → 150 ℃ tempering two hours → 130 ℃ aging twice, each time for 4 hours. After the heat treatment requires hardness HRC62 ~ 65. This is a typical heat treatment process in China’s oil pump industry. In order to explore the adaptability of the current heat treatment process to the conditions of use of the injector nozzle, thereby improving the heat treatment process to improve the nozzle quality, we collected some of the used nozzles for dissection.
