基于ANSYS液压支架护帮装置优化设计

针对液压支架护帮装置结构件经常出现损坏,且损坏位置大体相同等问题,从护帮结构、焊缝形式及焊接效果入手,应用Inventor建立了护帮及连杆三维模型。对于焊接装置所受的应力大小不仅与焊接工艺有关,而且还与装置的结构尺寸有关。为了减小焊接装置的工作应力,运用ANSYS Workbench工作环境,以护帮装置的结构尺寸为输入参数、最大应力为输出参数,通过优化护帮装置的结构尺寸来减小其工作时所受的最大应力。经过优化计算,得到护帮装置主要参数的优化值,优化后护帮装置所受的应力明显减小。 Aiming at the problems that the structural parts of the hydraulic support device are often damaged and the damage locations are generally the same, the three-dimensional model of the guard and the connecting rod is established by Inventor from the structure of the guard, the form of the weld and the welding effect. The size of the stress on the welding device is not only related to the welding process, but also relates to the structure size of the device. In order to reduce the working stress of the welding device, using the working environment of ANSYS Workbench, taking the structure size of the bailing device as the input parameter and the maximum stress as the output parameter, the maximum size of the bailing device is reduced by optimizing its structure stress. After optimization and calculation, the optimized values ​​of the main parameters of the bailing device are obtained, and the stress on the bailing device after the optimization is obviously reduced.
