我院二年来共收治17例有机磷农药中毒患者,其中由于阿托品过量所致中毒性精神病发作者4例,2例为谵妄躁狂状态,1例为轻性躁狂发作,1例由于及时停药而呈轻度发作。4例均为轻、中型农药中毒成年患者,阿托品用量均在20毫克以下,2例并用解磷定。精神病症状出现的同时均伴有阿托品过量的表现:如瞳孔极度散大,面部及全身皮肤潮红等。中毒开始前都有一时的精神欣快感,表现好动(尤其是四肢),多语,旋即很快出现谵妄、躁动、哭笑无常;2例伴有意识障碍,定向力丧失,有幻觉。发病后经适当处理,均于1～2天内完全恢复。现举1例如下:患者女性,65岁,于1965年8月4日下午5时入院,患者于中午进食喷洒有1605药水的茄子,下午3时许即感有头晕、流涎、恶心,旋即呕吐数次,同时感上 A total of 17 cases of organophosphate pesticide poisoning were treated in our hospital over the past two years.
