研究了15%Cr铁素体不锈钢板材轧制过程中的显微组织特征以及激光焊管的开裂。实验结果表明,实验用钢组织均匀,为后续成形提供了良好的保证。激光焊缝热影响区晶粒略有长大,这是焊管开裂发生在热影响区进而扩展到整个焊缝区的原因。综合结果表明:应加大激光焊的焊接热输入,加大实验焊管焊缝处熔深,同时控制柱状晶的长大从而与基体更好的结合,以增大焊缝的强度。
The microstructure characteristics of 15% Cr ferritic stainless steel during rolling and the cracking of laser welded pipe were studied. The experimental results show that the experimental steel is uniform and provides a good guarantee for subsequent forming. The heat affected zone of the laser weld grain grows slightly, which is the reason that the weld cracking occurs in the heat affected zone and then extends to the entire weld zone. The results show that the welding heat input of laser welding should be increased to increase the weld penetration depth of the experimental weld pipe and to control the growth of the columnar crystal so as to better combine with the matrix so as to increase the strength of the weld.
