开胸术后肺部并发症的发生率占普胸手术后并发症的20%~75%,其病死率高达30%~40%。我院2003~2009年手术治疗235例70岁以上食管贲门癌患者,为了探讨开胸术后并发症的防治措施,现分析如下。资料与方法1.一般资料235例患者中,49例术后发生肺部并发症,其中男性41例,女性8例,年龄70~83岁。49例术后肺部并发症中,单纯性肺部炎症27例(多发生于术后2~6 d),肺不张11例,血气胸 The incidence of pulmonary complications after thoracotomy accounts for 20% to 75% of the complications of general thoracic surgery, the mortality rate as high as 30% to 40%.
