截至8月30日,国内证券市场上1267家上市公司如期披露了2003年半年报。虽然上半年的不确定性因素很多,如SARS疫情对部分行业产生了较大影响,但1267家上市公司中以每股收益来计算的平均业绩却出现了近27.6％的增长。这是自1997年中期以来,上市公司平均每股收益在持续下滑了5年后的首次增长(图1)。
As of August 30, 1267 listed companies on the domestic stock market disclosed the 2003 semi-annual report as scheduled. Although there are many uncertainties in the first half of the year, such as the outbreak of SARS, which has had a significant impact on some industries, the average performance of 1267 listed companies in terms of earnings per share has increased by nearly 27.6%. This is the first time since the mid-1997 that the average earnings per share of listed companies have been declining for five years (Figure 1).
