过去,我们在组织幼儿的一日生活特别是游戏时,往往是包办的多,放手的少;集体的活动多,分散、自由的活动少。幼儿常常在老师的支配下进行游戏,失去了主动性和创造性。通过反复学习《幼儿园教育纲要》和外地的经验,我们逐渐认识到,游戏对幼儿来说是一件正事,是主课,而不是一种消遣的活动。如游戏活动开展得生动活泼有吸引力,则有利于幼儿积累实际经验,发展创造能力,形成良好的道德品质,为他们上小学,也为他们一生的健康成长打下良好的基础。认识提高后,我们努力克服怕麻烦、怕乱、怕出事的思想,在组织游戏和户外体育活动时避免千篇一律,除仍努力组织好创造性、体育、智力等游戏活动外,还打开玩具柜,让幼儿自选玩具,开展了小型多样的游戏活动。孩子们愉快地玩着,积极性可高啦,出勤率也提高了。有个小朋友,过去要家长在全园第一个接她回家,否则就哭闹不止。如今她要求家长早送,晚接,即使最后一个接她也不急了。通过这段时间的实践,我们认为开展小型多样的游戏活动有以下
