用自制的常压缺氧舱复制肺动脉高压模型,舱内氧浓度维持在10%(±0.5%),每天缺氧6小时,1周6天。1周后大鼠肺动脉压即上升,2周达高峰。用~3HDHA及~3HParazosin测定肺膜受体,大鼠肺β受体缺氧24小时下降,缺氧1周时增高,2及4周再次下降。而肺α受体缺氧24小时上升,1,及2周稍降但仍高于对照组,4周时明显增高。α/β比值对照组为0.54,则缺氧后上述不同时间分别为1.18,0.56,0.63,1.00。两者Kd值在缺氧前后
Pulmonary hypertension was reproduced in a homeostasis anaerobic chamber. Oxygen concentration in the chamber was maintained at 10% (± 0.5%), with hypoxia 6 hours a day and 6 days a week. Pulmonary arterial pressure increased after 1 week and peaked at 2 weeks. Pulmonary membrane receptors were measured with ~ 3HDHA and ~ 3HParazosin. The rat lung β receptor decreased in hypoxia for 24 hours, increased in hypoxia at 1 week and decreased again in 2 and 4 weeks. The lung α receptor increased 24 hours hypoxia, 1 and 2 weeks slightly lower but still higher than the control group, significantly increased at 4 weeks. α / β ratio of the control group was 0.54, the above-mentioned different time after hypoxia were 1.18,0.56,0.63,1.00.
