采用有限元方法,建立了客运专线道岔可动心轨辙叉装配分析模型,研究了间隔铁尺寸误差对心轨不足位移、心轨弯曲应力及间隔铁连接螺栓应力的影响。计算结果表明,心轨的最大不足位移、心轨弯曲应力和间隔铁连接螺栓应力均随间隔铁尺寸误差值的增加而增加。间隔铁尺寸误差值如大于1.0mm时,心轨弯曲变形将超过规定限值,辙叉不能装配合格。
The finite element method is used to establish the movable rail frog assembly analysis model for the turnout of passenger dedicated railway. The influence of the dimensional error of the spaced irons on the displacement of the free running rail, the bending stress of the rail and the stress of the connecting bolt of the intermittent railway is studied. The calculation results show that the maximum misalignment of the rail, the stress of the rail bending and the stress of the spacer bolt increase with the increase of the error of the size of the spacer iron. If the interval iron size error value is greater than 1.0mm, the bending deformation of the heart rail will exceed the prescribed limit, and the frog can not be qualified.
