本研究采用选择性擦洗、速择性磨矿,辅之以筛分(分极)、破碎、脱泥、洗涤,有效地从风化淋积型矿石中分选出产率为32%.Sio2品位≥97%、TFe2O30.08%~0.10%,回收率41.94%的石英精矿,产率为32.86%,K2O9.50%,回收率65.78%的钾长石精矿;产率为25.86%,Al2O331.72%,回收率52.3%的高岭土精矿.石英精矿深加工成硅酸钠(水玻璃),硅酸钠再深加工成无机硅精细化工产品-硅溶胶;高岭土精矿深加工制工业硫酸铝.
In this study, selective scrubbing and permselective grinding were used in combination with sieving (polarization), crushing, desliming and washing to effectively separate 32% of the ore from the weathered ores. Sio2 grade ≥97%, TFe2O30.08% ~ 0.10%, the recovery rate of 41.94% quartz concentrate, the yield of 32.86%, K2O9.50%, the recovery rate of potassium potassium feldspar of 65.78% Concentrate; kaolinite concentrate with yield of 25.86%, Al 2 O 3: 1.72% and recovery rate of 52.3%. Quartz concentrate deep processing into sodium silicate (sodium silicate), sodium silicate and then deep into inorganic silicon fine chemical products - silica sol; kaolin concentrate deep processing of industrial aluminum sulfate.
