目的 :采用高效液相法同时测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量。方法 :以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,以甲醇∶水 (2 4∶76 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 15nm进行测定。结果 :平均加样回收率对乙酰氨基酚为 99.6 % ,RSD =0 .7(n =5 ) ,咖啡因为 99.0 % ,RSD =0 .6 % (n =5 )。对乙酰氨基酚在 1.6~ 6 .4 μg范围内 ,咖啡因在0 .16~ 0 .6 4 μg范围内 ,进样量与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系。结论 :方法简便、快速 ,结果准确。
Objective: Simultaneous determination of paracetamol and caffeine in compound paracetamol capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: C18 chemically bonded silica as the stationary phase, methanol: water (2 4:76) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength of 2 15nm were measured. Results: The average recoveries of acetaminophen were 99.6%, RSD = 0.7 (n = 5), caffeine was 99.0% and RSD was 0.6% (n = 5). Acetaminophen in the range of 1.6 ~ 6.4 μg, caffeine in the range of 0.16 ~ 0.64 μg, the injection volume and peak area values showed a good linear relationship. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
