The authors report the establishment of nude mouse xenograft model of human maxillary sinus with poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. The experimental animals were BALB / C ATCL-un / nu nude mice, provided by Experimental Animal Research Center of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and successfully bred. 1 to 2 months old, both male and female.
