弯曲半径是管路件的主要结构要素。本文通过试验得出不同导管外径的最小弯曲半径数据;导管弯曲半径与疲劳强度的关系;不同材料、不同弯曲半径如何确定其最小卡箍安装尺寸等。为新机研制时充分节约机内有效空间提供了可靠的技术依据。
The bend radius is the main structural element of the pipework. In this paper, the data of the minimum bending radius of different catheter ODs are obtained by experiment; the relationship between the catheter bending radius and fatigue strength; how to determine the minimum clamp size and so on for different materials and different bending radii. It provides a reliable technical basis for fully saving the effective space inside the machine when the new machine is developed.
