目的了解电镀行业急性氰化氢气体中毒事故发生的原因,为采取有效的预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对中毒事故进行调查分析。结果电镀车间现场1名作业工人在清理清洗池时,稀酸与池边五金件表面残留的电镀液反应导致氰化氢中毒,及时送医院抢救后康复出院。企业现场职业卫生管理混乱,通风设施未打开,事故发生1 d后监测到电镀车间电镀工位和前处理工位氰化氢浓度分别达0.5 mg/m3和0.4 mg/m3。结论这是一起急性氰化氢中毒事故。用人单位应加强电镀车间职业卫生管理、通风排毒和个人防护用品的配备,以避免类似事故的发生。
Objective To understand the causes of acute hydrogen cyanide gas poisoning in the electroplating industry and provide the basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to investigate the poisoning accidents. Results When a worker in the electroplating workshop cleaned up the cleaning pool, the acid and the residual plating solution on the surface of the hardware of the pool led to hydrogen cyanide poisoning and were promptly sent to the hospital for rescue and discharge. Occupational health management was chaotic on site and ventilation facilities were not opened. One day after the accident, hydrogen cyanide concentrations of 0.5 mg / m3 and 0.4 mg / m3 were respectively measured at the electroplating station plating station and the pre-treatment station in the electroplating workshop. Conclusion This is an acute case of hydrogen cyanide poisoning. Employer should strengthen the electroplating workshop occupational health management, ventilation detoxification and personal protective equipment equipped to avoid the occurrence of similar incidents.
