从生产过程实践中发现,用传统的PID控制方法难以解决梗丝水分控制系统的复杂性和鲁棒性等问题。针对流化床梗丝干燥系统大流量大时滞对象的非线性、时变性和不确定性的特点,采用神经网络模糊综合控制的方法,能够有效地解决梗丝水分控制的难题。实践结果表明,用此控制方法来控制梗丝水分效果显著,稳定性好,精度有明显地提高。
From the production process, it is found that it is difficult to solve the complexity and robustness of the stem moisture control system by the traditional PID control method. Aimed at the nonlinear, time-varying and uncertainties of large-flow and large-time-lag objects in the fluidized bed stem silk drying system, the fuzzy comprehensive control method of neural network can effectively solve the problem of water control of cut stem silk. The practice results show that using this control method to control the moisture of cut stem silk is remarkable, the stability is good and the accuracy is obviously improved.
