用高频感应加热设备对工件内表面进行淬火,一般来说是比较困难的,存在着加热慢、功率损耗大,工件淬火后易变形,硬度不足等问题。尤其是对长度较大,需进行连续内表面淬火的工件来说,质量更难以保证。我厂生产的地勘配件缸套,内径80毫米,长度140毫米,材料内孔面要求淬火 HRC45~52。原来是用截面积为12×6毫米的长方形紫铜管做成单圈自喷冷却连续淬火的感应圈,内面嵌上一圈特制的导磁体,使磁力线能集中于缸套内表面,加快加热速度,减少变形,以达到表面淬火的目的。
