经症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )测试选出 5名患有较为严重心理障碍的大学生 ,以“(2 2 0 -年龄± 10 )6 0 %~ 80 %”为适宜的靶心率范围 ,采用健身 12min跑的方法练习 10周。实验结果显示强迫因子、人际敏感因子、抑郁因子以及痛苦水平的得分比练习前有显著性降低 ,表明运动处方能有效改善大学生的心理状况 ,使大学生保持良好的心理健康。
Five college students with more serious mental disorders were selected from the SCL - 90 test, and the range of target heart rate was "(200 - age ± 10) 60% ~ 80% Exercise 12min exercise method for 10 weeks. The results showed that the scores of coercion factor, interpersonal sensitivity factor, depression factor and pain level were significantly lower than those before exercise, indicating that exercise prescription can effectively improve the psychological status of college students and maintain the good mental health of college students.
