某 10× 10 4 t级油码头由 19只钢筋砼沉箱和钢质架管桥组成。采用区域性外加电流法 ,对沉箱的海水全浸区进行连续的阴极保护 ,而对其潮差区进行断续的阴极保护。被保护面积 (沉箱外表 )约 12 2 50m2 ,钢筋总面积约 4 0 0 0 0m2 。研究开发了成套的专用阴极保护装置 ,试验了强弱交叉极化的方法。实际运行一年后的检测结果表明 ,有保护的钢筋比未保护的其耐腐蚀能力提高 4 .7~ 6.1倍 ,而锈蚀率降低为 1/ 14。
A 10 × 10 4 t grade oil terminal consists of 19 reinforced concrete caissons and steel frame pipe bridge. Using regional applied current method, continuous cathodic protection was applied to the seawater immersion area of caissons, while intermittent cathodic protection was applied to the tidal range. The area to be protected (caisson appearance) of about 12 2 50m2, the total area of steel about 4 0 0 0 0m2. Research and development of a set of dedicated cathodic protection device, test the strength of the cross-polarization method. Test results after one year of actual operation show that the corrosion resistance of protected steel bars increased by 4.7 times to 6.1 times than that of unprotected ones, and the corrosion rate was reduced to 1/14.
