目的 :研究微量白蛋白在电化学预处理银电极上的电化学响应。方法 :采用三电极系统 ,以电化学预处理银电极为工作电极 ,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极 ,铂电极为对电极 ,在 - 0 .1~ +0 .3V电位范围内用循环伏安法研究白蛋白的电化学行为。结果 :电化学预处理银电极上的白蛋白的循环伏安图出现一对氧化还原峰 ,还原峰电流与白蛋白浓度在一定范围间呈良好的线性关系。结论 :该方法可灵敏测定微量白蛋白 ,有望用于临床检验及早期诊断糖尿病肾病
Objective: To study the electrochemical response of microalbumin to silver electrode prepared by electrochemical pretreatment. Methods: A three-electrode system was used. Electrochemical pretreatment of silver electrode as working electrode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and platinum electrode as counter electrode were performed with cyclic voltammetry Method to study the electrochemical behavior of albumin. Results: There was a pair of redox peaks in the cyclic voltammogram of albumin on the pretreated silver electrode. The reduction peak current and albumin concentration showed a good linear relationship in a certain range. Conclusion: This method can be sensitive determination of microalbumin, is expected to be used for clinical testing and early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy
