目的 :观察灌注济南假单胞菌苗 (PJV)后膀胱病理改变 ,为其膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤提供理论依据。方法 :兔膀胱灌注PJV ,显微镜下观察兔膀胱病理改变 ,并进行图像分析。结果 :PJV兔膀胱内灌注后引起以淋巴细胞浸润为主的免疫炎症反应 ,淋巴细胞浸润可达粘膜 ,或深达浅肌层。计算机图像分析显示PJV 2ml组淋巴细胞数明显高于PJV 1ml组和空白对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,与卡介苗组无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :PJV作为一种免疫调节剂可通过膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤或预防膀胱肿瘤复发。
Objective: To observe the pathological changes of bladder after PJV injection and to provide a theoretical basis for the bladder infusion therapy for bladder cancer. Methods: The rabbits were injected with PJV in the bladder. The pathological changes of rabbit bladder were observed under microscope and image analysis was performed. RESULTS: PJV rabbits induced immuno-inflammatory reactions mainly infiltration of lymphocytes after intravesical instillation, lymphocytic infiltrates up to mucous membranes, or reached deep muscle layers. Computer image analysis showed that the number of lymphocytes in the PJV 2ml group was significantly higher than that in the PJV 1ml group and the blank control group (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference from the BCG group (P > 0.05). Conclusion : PJV as an immunomodulator can treat bladder tumors by bladder instillation or prevent bladder tumor recurrence.
