战略人力资源管理的理论越来越盛行,中国企业也在很多方面提出以及应用了企业战略管理的理论分析企业的人力资源管理,以期考察人力资源的战略性,在人力资源管理活动中可以具有战略性的指导。本文从战略管理理论角度来综合分析企业对员工的招聘、绩效、培训等方面的管理战略,用战略管理理论分析人力资源管理特性,为企业获取持久竞争优势提供指导。
The theory of strategic human resource management is more and more prevalent.
