根据双间隙耦合腔等效电路和电磁场理论,设计了加载在谐振腔耦合缝上的调谐结构。建立了加载此调谐结构的谐振腔等效电路模型,通过理论分析得此结构能够对工作在π模式的双间隙耦合腔进行频率调谐,改变重叠模式耦合腔阻抗特性,同时减小对间隙场形的影响。软件模拟与理论分析结果一致,验证了该调谐结构的有效性,为多间隙耦合腔高频电路的研制和进一步展宽速调管输出带宽具有重要的参考意义。
According to the theory of double-gap coupling cavity’s equivalent circuit and electromagnetic field theory, a tuning structure loaded on the coupling cavity of the resonator is designed. The equivalent circuit model of the resonant cavity loaded with this tuning structure is established. The theoretical analysis shows that this structure can tune the frequency of the double-gap coupled cavity working in π mode and change the impedance characteristics of the overlapping mode coupling cavity, Impact. The results of software simulation and theoretical analysis are in good agreement. The validity of this tuning structure is verified. It is of great significance for the development of multi-gap coupling cavity high-frequency circuit and further widening the output bandwidth of klystron.
