随着市场经济的发展,土木工程快速的发展起来,其规模在不断的增加,为行业带来的收益也是极为可观的。但在土木结构工程发展的同时,由于受到某些因素的影响(如混凝土质量检测不规范、施工单位在施工上进度的控制不合理,以及外界的自然因素等),土木结构的耐久性会存在一定的问题,影响着建筑的使用寿命。因此,在土木结构工程的设计和施工过程中,要准确的分析出土木工程持久性问题的影响因素,并注意在施工中科学的控制,以减少土木结构工程中的耐久性问题,保证工程建筑的寿命。本文根据当前土木工程耐久性存在的问题,分析了造成这些问题的主要原因,并提出了控制这些问题的具体措施。
