目的:探讨复方丹参注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法:抽取2017年1月至2019年12月河南医学高等专科学校附属医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者76例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。两组患者入院后均进行常规治疗,对照组加胞磷胆碱钠治疗,观察组加复方丹参注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及治疗前后血流动力学参数、认知功能的变化,观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率(92.11%)与对照组(73.68%)比较差异有统计学意义(n P0.05),治疗后观察组以上指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P0.05),治疗后观察组GCS评分高于对照组,NFDS评分低于对照组(n P0.05)。n 结论:复方丹参注射液联合胞磷胆碱钠治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状与体征,改善血液循环,减轻神经功能损伤,药物安全性高。“,”Objective:To explore the curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with citicoline sodium on ischemic stroke and its influences on cognitive function.Methods:A total of 76 patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical College from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment after admission. On this basis, control group was treated with citicoline sodium, while observation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection and citicoline sodium. The curative effect, hemodynamic parameters, cognitive function and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was significant difference in total response rate of treatment between observation group and control group (92.11% n vs. 73.68%), n P0.05), which were significantly lower in observation group than control group after treatment (n P0.05). After treatment, GCS score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, while NFDS score was lower than that in control group (n P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in control group (7.89%) was compared with observation group (13.16%), the difference was not statistically significant.n Conclusions:The curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with citicoline sodium is significant on ischemic stroke, which can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients, improve blood circulation, and alleviate the damage to nerve function, with high drug safety.
