目前,铁路运输处于“瓶颈”制约状态,春运期间矛盾十分突出,使铁路春运成为一个事关大局的社会热点,成为构建和谐社会的重要环节。实现和谐春运是全国人民的一大夙愿,是关系人民群众切身利益的一件大事。实现铁路和谐春运,对于落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的现实意义。
At present, the rail transport is in a “bottleneck” state of restriction and the contradictions during the Spring Festival are very prominent. This has made the railway Spring Festival a social hot spot concerning the overall situation and an important link in building a harmonious society. The realization of a harmonious spring festival is a long-cherished wish of the people throughout the country and a major event concerning the vital interests of the people. To realize the harmonious railway transportation during the Spring Festival has great practical significance for implementing the scientific development concept and building a harmonious socialist society.
