本文提出利用自交作物单染色体纯合重组系检测数量性状基因座位(QTL)与遗传标记连锁关系的方差分析模型。增加重复可有效地减少样本容量、降低试验误差和提高检测QTL的灵敏度。应用方差分析将控制小麦每穗小穗数的两个QTL——Sn Ⅰ和Sn Ⅱ定位在7D染色体的着丝粒区域和长臂上。
In this paper, an analysis of variance (ANOVA) model was used to detect linkage relationships between quantitative trait loci (QTLs) and genetic markers using a single-chromosome recombinant inbred line. Increasing duplication can effectively reduce sample size, reduce experimental errors and increase the sensitivity of QTL detection. Two QTLs controlling the number of spikelets per panicle of wheat - Sn Ⅰ and Sn Ⅱ were located on the centromere region and the long arm of chromosome 7D by using analysis of variance.
