4例正常成年男子分别接受3种方法的hCG注射:①单注法:8时肌注hCG2000IU,分别于0、1、2、3、4、6、48、72和96(h)在前臂采血;②连注法:连续2天于8时肌注hCG2000IU,在第2次注射时按单注法的各时点在前臂采血;③间注法:第1和4天8时肌注hCG2000IU,在第2次注射时按上述各时点在前臂采血。两种注射方法之间间隔14天。全部血标本分离血清测定睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_2)。结果单注法T分泌呈双峰曲线,在注射后3h出现快速分泌峰,48h出现迟发(主)分泌峰。连注法和
4 normal adult men received three kinds of hCG injection: ① single injection method: 8 h intramuscular hCG2000IU, 0,1,2,3,4,6,48,72 and 96 (h) in the forearm blood ; ② even injection method: hCG2000IU intramuscularly at 8 o’clock for 2 consecutive days, at the time of the second injection according to the single injection method at all time points in the forearm blood collection; ③ inter-injection: 8 h on the 1st and 4th hCG2000IU intramuscular injection, In the second injection at the above time points in the forearm blood collection.
