本文研究了Cefepime(CFPM)及其代谢产物N-甲基吡略烷-N-氧化物在动物体的一般药理学。注射用药后,观察CFPM及代谢物对动物神经、肌肉、循环、胃肠、肾、血液等系统的药理作用,结果为:1.给小鼠以最高剂量可降低自发运动的活动能力,可加强麻醉动物感觉消失。同样剂量可产生明显的低温及痛觉消失。对小鼠、大鼠其它中枢功能无影响,对兔脑电图无影响。2.即使用最高剂量也未发现对小鼠肌松弛有影响。3.
