一、蕎麦在稻田複种中的意义 蕎麦的生长期很短,一般只70多天成熟,是稻田复种中一种重要的粮食作物,也是受灾后一种很好的补种作物。又由于蕎麦的生长期短,生长迅速,适于稻田复种,并适于和其他作物混种。根据我站在长沙一带的调查,蕎麦的复种方式有下面几种: (一)水稻、蕎麦、绿肥三熟制:即在收获中稻之后,蕎麦与绿肥混种。农民认为蕎麦与绿肥播种期相差不远,均需进行灌溉,蕎麦生长迅速,绿肥初期生长缓慢,蕎麦对绿肥有荫蔽作用,相互不致减产,是一种较好的复种方式。
