我国国民经济和对外贸易的高速发展,为水运企业的发展提供了广阔的前景,同时水运市场的开放,使我国水运企业在国际、国内均面临激烈的市场竞争。随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入,水运企业正在成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的社会主义商品生产者和经营者,在激烈的市场竞争中,港航企业为了生存与发展,必须由原来的生产型、经验式管理,向战略型管理发展。本文就企业进行战略研究和战略管理的必要性、应达到的目的进行了论述,分析了从环境分析开始至最后提出战略研究过程,提出了进行战略研究的方法和步骤。
The rapid development of our national economy and foreign trade has provided broad prospects for the development of water transport enterprises. At the same time, the opening up of the water transport market has made our water transport enterprises in the fierce market competition at home and abroad both at home and abroad. This article discusses the necessity and strategy of strategic research and strategic management of enterprises, and analyzes the process of strategic research from the beginning of environmental analysis to the final analysis, and puts forward the methods and steps for conducting strategic research.
