设计了用于测量输出为视频图像信号的多光轴光学系统的光轴平行度校正仪器。测量仪器所采用的形心不变原理,介绍了测量电路的设计方法。仪器可定量测量和校准多光轴视频系统光学仪器的光轴平行度,经实验检验,仪器具有较高的测量精度。
An optical axis parallelism calibration instrument designed for multi-axis optical systems that measure the output of video image signals is designed. Measuring instrument used by the same heart-shaped principle, introduced the design of measurement circuits. The instrument can quantitatively measure and calibrate the optical axis parallelism of multi-axis video system optical instruments. The experimental results show that the instrument has higher measurement accuracy.
