微波加热高新技术,使家用微波炉成为当今世界普及的现代厨房用具。与此同时,在食品、化工、建材、医药等很多行业中开发了规模生产用工业微波设备,取得了显著的效益。近年来,微波还作为一种新的能源,向前发展,并在陶瓷烧结、金刚石膜生成、脱硫、环保等方面已有成功的实例。 我国于70年代开始微波加热技术的应用性研究。80年代初中国电子微波分会和真空电子分会相继成立了微波能应用专业委员会,在全国范围内联合进行学术交流和技术推广每二年召开一次全国性学术年会,积极推广微波能新技术。第十届全国年会于2001年召开。为使读者了解这方面的信息,我们请承办此届年会的上海司安工业微波应用技术研究所的周其德、张锡年二教授介绍这方面的情况,欢迎有兴趣的读者参与。
Microwave heating high technology, so that domestic microwave ovens become the modern world of modern kitchen appliances. At the same time, industrial microwave equipment for large-scale production was developed in many industries such as food, chemicals, building materials, and pharmaceuticals, achieving significant benefits. In recent years, microwaves have also been developed as a new energy source, and successful examples have been found in ceramic sintering, diamond film formation, desulfurization, and environmental protection. The application of microwave heating technology began in China in the 1970s. In the early 1980s, the China Microwave Microwave Branch and the Vacuum Electronics Branch established the Microwave Energy Applications Professional Committee, and jointly held a nationwide academic annual meeting to promote the new microwave energy technology. The 10th National Convention was held in 2001. In order to help readers understand this information, we invite the organizers of Zhou Ande and Zhang Xi Nian II of the Shanghai Si’an Industrial Microwave Applied Technology Research Institute of this year’s annual meeting to introduce the situation in this regard.
