观察了华支睾吸虫与东方次睾吸虫的囊蚴分离、脱囊及感染动物。用含盐酸量不同的胃蛋白酶人工消化液分离鱼体内的吸虫囊蚴,发现含盐酸量高的人工消化液分离囊蚴的效果较好,表明胃蛋白酶在酸性条件下更能充分发挥其作用;同时脱囊试验提示,盐酸含量不同对囊蚴本身的的存活力并无直接影响。采用新鲜猪胆汁代替胆汁粉配制人工脱囊肠液,对分离后第9、29天的囊蚴进行脱囊试验,两种囊蚴经35℃30分钟、60分钟其脱囊率均为100%。
Observation of Clonorchis sinensis and the East Clonorchis metacercaria separation, removal and infection of animals. Separation of metacercariae in the fish by pepsin artificial digestive juice containing different amount of hydrochloric acid showed that the artificial digestive juice containing high amount of hydrochloric acid had better effect in separating the metacercariae, indicating that pepsin could exert its function under acidic conditions; At the same time, the extirpation test showed that the different content of hydrochloric acid had no direct effect on the viability of metacercariae itself. Fresh pig bile was used instead of bile powder to prepare artificial intestinal fluid, and the metacercariae of the 9th and 29th days after the separation were exfoliated. The two kinds of metacercariae were 100% at 35 ℃ for 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively.
