目的探索灵敏、可靠的食品中金黄色葡萄球菌定量检测方法。方法以面包、牛奶、蜜饯、盒饭为实验样品,将一定浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌液加入不同的实验样品中,通过比较Baird-Parker平板计数法和MPN计数法的阳性检出率获得基础数据,为筛选更佳的金黄色葡萄球菌的检测方法提供参考。结果同一浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌液加入到不同的实验样品中,用两种方法对83份实验样品同时进行检测,Baird-Parker平板计数法检出8份阳性样品,阳性检出率为9.6%;MPN计数法检出28份阳性样品,阳性检出率为33.7%。结论 MPN计数法阳性检出率明显高于Baird-Parker平板计数法的阳性检出率。
Objective To explore a sensitive and reliable quantitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus in food. Methods The samples of bread, milk, candied fruit and box lunch were taken as experimental samples. Staphylococcus aureus solution of certain concentration was added to different experimental samples. The basic data were obtained by comparing the positive detection rates of Baird-Parker plate counting method and MPN counting method. It provides a reference for screening the better detection method of Staphylococcus aureus. Results The same concentration of Staphylococcus aureus solution was added to different experimental samples, 83 samples were detected by two methods simultaneously, 8 positive samples were detected by Baird-Parker plate counting method, the positive detection rate was 9.6% ; MPN counting method detected 28 positive samples, the positive detection rate was 33.7%. Conclusion The positive detection rate of MPN counting method is significantly higher than that of Baird-Parker plate counting method.
