本文叙述了对曾获国家发明创造三等奖的高强钢(σ_P=1200~1250MPa,σ_b=1530~1550MPa,Ψ≥20%,H_(RC)=48~49)所进行切削性能的试验研究。本中通过对三种刀具材料(CN25,726,YT36)切削力,切削温度和刀具耐用度的试验,采用计算机对试验数据进行了线性回归处理,建立了切削力、切削温度及刀具耐用度经验公式,并绘制出相应的图线。通过对比综合分析,认为涂层硬质合金刀具材料 CN25是切削高强钢比较理想的刀具材料。
This paper describes the experimental study on the cutting performance of high strength steel (σ_P = 1200 ~ 1250MPa, σ_b = 1530 ~ 1550MPa, Ψ≥20% and H_ (RC) = 48 ~ 49) which won the third prize of national invention creation. In this paper, the cutting force, cutting temperature and tool durability of three kinds of tool materials (CN25, 726, YT36) were tested by using computer to linear regression test data, and established cutting force, cutting temperature and tool durability experience Formula, and draw the corresponding graph line. By comparison and comprehensive analysis, it is considered that the coated cemented carbide tool material CN25 is the ideal tool material for cutting high strength steel.
