兴趣是学生可持续学习的一个支点,同时也是建立良好师生关系的突破点。一个师生关系和谐、赏识、宽容、富有人格魅力的教师必然会对学生学习兴趣的保持产生不凡的影响。平等和谐的师生关系是形成良好课堂气氛的基础。宽容能为学生创造温馨和谐的学习环境;赏识更能为学生兴趣之火的燃烧添加无尽的燃剂。课堂交往中,学生对教师的人格态度、专业水平、教学方法、甚至对某一问题的看法都会自觉不自觉地进行评价,作出“信任”或“不信任”的判断
