为了满足光电探测靶在室内大靶面测量的需要,提出了采用特定波长发光二极管设计符合要求的线光源。根据光电探测靶光电探测特点,分析了影响探测灵敏度的因素与光电探测接收器的光谱特性,提出了采用波长为680 nm的红外发光二极管设计的大靶面线光源;分析了探测幕厚与弹丸弹长、探测器输出信号的关系;根据发光管的辐射光能、输出亮度及参数设计了线光源,并分析了光源设计原理。通过实验证明,所设计的线光源满足要求,提高了光电探测靶探测灵敏度,探测距离高达2 000倍弹径,作用视场约800,且光源功耗小,工作稳定。
In order to meet the needs of photoelectric target detection in the indoor large target measurement, a linear light source with a specific wavelength of light emitting diode (LED) is designed to meet the requirements. According to the characteristics of photodetection target photoelectric detection, the factors affecting the detection sensitivity and the spectral characteristics of the photodetection receiver are analyzed. A large target line light source designed with an infrared light emitting diode with a wavelength of 680 nm is proposed. The length of the detector and the output signal of the detector. The linear light source is designed according to the radiant energy, output brightness and parameters of the LED, and the design principle of the light source is analyzed. The experiment proves that the designed linear light source meets the requirements and improves the detecting sensitivity of photoelectric detection target. The detection range is up to 2 000 times the diameter of the projectile, the field of view is about 800, and the power consumption of the light source is small and the work is stable.
