本文综合运用控制理论、机械阻抗技术、测试技术,对C618机床改装为电仿形加工机床作了刀架系统的激振试验,结果证明理论计算、试验测出的三阶等效质量与刀架称重三者基本一致。文中还提出了机床刀架系统的数学模型及四阶、六阶参数的理论公式,并用计算机辅助识别了刀架系统数学模型参数,从而求出刀架系统传递函数,以便主动控制。本文提出的理论公式、试验方法以及经过考题通机的计算机程序也适用于其他车床类型的刀架系统。
In this paper, the control theory, mechanical impedance technology and testing technology are used to test the vibration excitation system of the cutter system of the C618 machine. In the paper, the mathematic model of machine tool turret system and the fourth and sixth order parameter formulas are also proposed. The mathematic model parameters of tool turret system are also identified by computer, and the transfer function of turret system can be obtained for active control. The theoretical formula, the test method and the computer program that pass the exam question are also applicable to the other lathe type turret system.
