在我国经济体制改革20多年的时间里,很多人心中常常产生的一个误区就是“市场幼稚病”,误认为在从计划体制向市场体制的转化中,只要一“市场”了,或者“产业化”了,就能解决大问题,生产力和效益就会上去,过去的陈旧体制中的痼疾就会被一扫而空。这是把“市场”当成一个抽象的概念进行简单化的理解,渐渐使其变成一种类似于信仰的东西盲目推崇,或是在作重大决策时所用的一个似是而非的托辞。其实“市场”既不是天堂也不是地狱,它只是人们进行物质交换的场所。或者说它只是整个自由的经济活动得以进行的一个平台而已,而不代表一套可以遵行
