测量系统采用位移传感器、测距传感器与工业相机相结合的方式对锻件进行测量,其中:用测距传感器确定锻件边缘,用位移传感器读出锻件边缘位置,用工业相机提高锻件测量精度.系统通过引入开源计算机视觉库(OpenCV),使得锻件图片处理的精度与速度得到有效提高,从而提高了锻件测量的精确性与效率.该系统只关注锻件边缘部分,使测量过程更加简单,系统无须标定,使测量更加方便,并且系统测量精度可以达到±1mm.
The measuring system uses the combination of displacement sensor, distance measuring sensor and industrial camera to measure the forging, among which the edge of the forging is determined by the distance measuring sensor, the forging edge position is read by the displacement sensor and the measuring accuracy of the forging is improved by the industrial camera.
