“新课标”颁布实施后,中小学体育课程改革不断深化,对体育教师也提出了新的、更高的要求。通过对115名教学一线中小学体育教师的问卷调查发现,中小学体育教师在专业知识、组织能力、身心素质、体育专项技能和教学能力等方面还需进一步提高和改善,中小学体育教师必须要加强对新课程理念、自身相关专业知识和技能的学习,注重自身素质的提高,以满足中小学《体育与健康》课程改革的需要。
