目的 :探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)中角膜瓣干燥的预防方法。方法 :完成角膜瓣制作后常规将瓣翻向鼻侧 ,同时使角膜瓣自身反折 ,将瓣的颞侧缘与瓣的近蒂部平齐 ,依靠瓣的基质面的微量水份的表面张力吸附折叠。结果 :选择双眼接受LASIK的患者 30例 ,右眼为保湿组 ,左眼为对照组 ,激光切削结束后见保湿组无一眼瓣干燥 ,对照组有 2 6眼瓣干燥 ,占86 7%。结论 :角膜瓣折叠保湿技术是防止LASIK手术中角膜瓣干燥的有效、简便的方法。
Objective: To investigate the prevention of corneal flap in laser insitukeratomileusis (LASIK). Methods: After making the corneal flap, the flap was turned to the nasal side routinely. At the same time, the flap was folded back. The temporal margin of the flap was flush with the proximal pedicle of the flap. The surface tension of trace water Adsorption and folding. RESULTS: Thirty eyes were selected to receive LASIK. The right eyes were treated with moisturizing and the left eyes were treated with control. After the laser cutting, the eyes of the moisturizing group had no dry valve, while the control group had 26 eyes with 86% of dry eyes. CONCLUSION: Corneal flap folding moisturization is an effective and simple method to prevent the corneal flap from drying during LASIK.
