AIDS not only devastates the patient’s body, but also leads to an increasingly serious public health and social problem - the problem of AIDS orphans. The study pointed out that AIDS orphan as one of the most vulnerable groups in society faces not only problems of life, health and education, but also social exclusion and discrimination, mental stress and emotional trauma, and serious psychological problems [1]. A survey of 646 AIDS orphans in Kenya found that 52% of AIDS orphans can not go to school [2]. Compared with other children, the reduction of educational opportunities makes AIDS orphans disadvantaged in all aspects before they become young. Dropping out of school is a very big blow to these children [3].
